Tidus and yuna were standing at the edge of calm lands gorge when
a fiend rushed in and pushed them off before they could even turn around.
Tidus grabbed a small cliff and caught Yuna by her arm.
His grip slipping.The cliff broke off,they plummeted to the
bottom of the gorge ,them unconcious.
It lead to Macalania under the frozen lake.
There were ruined machina scattering the ground.
The cold sting of ice is the only noticable feature.
The Hymm of the faith could be heard from the distance.
Tidus still lay unconcious,
compleately oblivious to the cold touch of the ice.

The first thing Yuna saw was darkness. She panicked for a minute, but then shapes started to take form, and then she was able to see a bit more clearly with detai. "What..."
She put a hand to her head. The last thing she remembered...falling...Tidus grabbed her hand...
TIDUS!!!
Yuna pushed herself of the ground, but fell back down. How far had they fallen? She couldn't see the sky.
"Ti-Tidus!" Her voice was a bit coarse. The cold had cut it down to almost nothing.
Where was he?! She started to panic. He couldn't be too far...
"TIDUS!" She yelled louder. She rubbed her arms for warmth and got up, successful this time.

Tidus awakend to the sound of Yuna calling his name.
"Wha..where...are we?"
The only thing he remembered from the last instant was falling.
Were they dead?Or was he still unconcious dreaming?
Was all this only a dream?And he would soon awaken
in his nice warm bed in Zanarkand?
The sound of the hymm put his thoughts at ease.
He rushed over to Yuna's side,the cold never did
bother him.
"Yuna!Are you ok?
Where is this place?"

"I...I think we fell and now we're...under..." She looked up.
It was so cold... "The temple?"
"You're not hurt, are you?"

Squall walked though the temple and stopped along side Seymour. "They shouldint have survived that..." He muttered looking though the ruins with mild intrest. "True, true. But let us resume, like I said beating SIN is the only way you can return home..." Squall nodded as they started off with the other guado guards.

Tidus nodded.
"Im ok.But you look like you're freazing."
He walked up to Yuna and held her close to warm her up
as they looked for a way out.
"should we go in the direction of that music?"
The hymm's embrace became louder and louder as they continued on.
A beastly cry could be heard in the distance,
It sounded to be drawing closer.
Could this be this 'Sin' he's been hearing about?

"Well, I'm glad you're alright." Yuna said.
Tidus was fine, she was starting to warm up but...
Where was Squall?
"That's the fayth singing." She commented on the hymn being sung.
A white cloud of her breath appeared telling her that the cold was increasing.
"Let's follow it."

"Ok.Im with you,Yuna."
The cry came louder and louder as the ground shook beneath their feet.
"What was that?"

"I'm not sure..." Yuna felt the ground tremble then stop for a second, only to continue on.
The next tremor came and she stopped to steady herself. "We're getting closer."

The hymm grew louder and the trembling continued then another cry echoed toward them.Not an actual cry but a sound of a creature.It sounded formiliar.
Much like the creature he saw at Zanarkand.Tidus knew that it was drawing
close.He drew his sword upon pure instinct and readied himself.
"I think we may have to fight that thing."

Yuna frowned. "It's...Sin."
She grabbed Tidus by the hand, "We don't stand a chance in this atmosphere!"
Yuna started to pull Tidus away from the scene she saw and from the hymn being sung.

Seymour had casted float on them and where currently walking in mid air across the path that use to be there. "Hn, SIN..." Squall muttered, "Yes, that is correct. But we are no match right now me must press on..."

Tidus followed Yuna along the icy path.
He stopped.
"Wait!Whats Sin?
You mean that monster that destoyd Zanarkand?!"
Tidus turned and looked back to see the colosal creature that headed their way.
"I...It is...!
Yuna...I saw what this thing can do!
We have to get out of here somehow!"
He looked around for a way out.
The hymm continued to draw sin close.

Yuna nodded.
She quickly started to summon valefor.
When the bird-like aeon appeared, Yuna turned to Tidus.
"You go first." She said. "I'll try to summon another aeon once you're out."

Tidus turned to yuna with a serious expression on his face.
"No Yuna,I wont leave you!We go together or not at all!
I will fight no matter what!I wont turn my back on you!
You can count on it!I wont run just because things get tough.
I'll stand my ground and fight!It's my job to protect you,Yuna.
I wont let you down.Im you guardian and
I wont leave you.I'll always be by your side,Yuna!
Lets go together."
