Finally at the destination of Guadosalam, Yuna sat down to take a break. Just then, a small child came up to her asking her to watch over his two .. chocobo.
"Why do you have birds here?" Yuna asked.
The boy explained he and his mother were traveling to see their father in the farplane. Yuna agreed to care for them for a while, but...One of the golden birds became unsettled and started run, When Yuna jumped forward to stop it, the bird evaded her quickly, instead, Yuna hit a guado...he fell...in a mud puddle....so...now she's hiding...lame.

"Yuna? Yuna? Where are you?!" He yelled Seymour had asked squall to find yuna he said he had something to ask her and to take her to his mansion when he had found her. "This city isnt all that big so where is she!?!"

Yuna heard Squall's voice and was quickly running away from the angry Guado.
"Squuaaalll!!!" She grabbed Squall and hid behind him as the Guado passed the two.

"Huh!?" He wondered as he watched two Guado pass him quickly looking pissed. He turned around to her and looked down at her sighing. He suddenly felt like a parent punishing his child. "I dont want to know what you did, just go to Master Seymor's manor he requests you or something like that." He said dragging her and pushing her inside the manor but was pushed away by the guards. "Only Lady yuna." One said as she was pulled inside. "But im her..." The closeing door silanced her and he sighed.

Yuna was startled when her guardian was taken from her.
"Lady Yuna," A Guado led her to another room. "This way."
When Yuna followed, she gave a nervous glance to the door. She felt rather...trapped. "Can't I have my guardian with me?" She asked.
The Guado saw her discouragement and lied, "He'll be joining you later. Don't worry."

Outside the manor, The guards had no intention of letting Squall in.

"Come on I need to be in there." He was only met with silance. "Well if thats not going to work.." He put his hand on the handle of his blade and in a matter of seconds he was dropped and pined on the ground. "Gah.."

Yuna heard something going on outside. But, before she could react or turn around, She was pushed, a bit hard, to the other room.
"Lady Yuna." A man with a smile, if that's what you could call it, walked in and greeted her.
Yuna recognized the man as Seymour. A very well-respected man in Spira. Well, not a man, but a mix between a man and guado.
"I'm pleased that you came."
*Forced to was more like it.*
The hybrid continued, "I was wondering if you'd talk a bit."
Yuna smiled but it was fake. *Where's Squall?*

"Let me go!" He yelled as he was kicked again. "You will be quiet, if you mess up our plans we will kill you." One said as they kicked him again.

If Yuna was ever wearing a sincere smile, it was gone now as Seymour explained his plan.
"If we were to be wed," he started, "Spira would be given a chance to forget her troubles. Think of it. The daughter of the High Summoner Braska, marry a Guado of high-"
Yuna stood up. "May I...please think about it." She said.
Seymour nodded and smiled, "I hope that I have not offended you if I asked this too quickly."
Yuna shook her head, "No, it's...alright." She bowed, then made her way to the exit of his manor. Before she left, she heard Seymour say, "Spira, would be very happy."

~Outside~
A guado from the manor rushed outside, "Stop hitting him you fools, Lady Yuna is coming. Get him up."

They violently grabbed squall and tossed him on a bench casting Cure IV on him healing his wounds and casting sleep.

When Yuna went outside, she saw Squall on the bench.
The greetings she received were from the guards that had just beat him up. But...Yuna didn't know that. The guards watched her from the doorway as Yuna leaned down to see Squall's face.
"...Did you worry about me?" She asked the unconscious guardian. "You look so peaceful when I'm gone."
Yuna frowned. Why should it bug her if she was to leave Squall? If she paired up with Seymour, they could defeat Sin. Shouldn't she be happy?
Yuna blew gently on Squall's face then flicked his forehead, "Wake up, Squall!"

Squall's eyes flashed open as he jumped up. "YUNA!" He bumped heads with her and rocketed back on the bench groaning.

"Ow!" Yuna stumbled back with a hand on her head, but someone steadied her.
Turning to see who it was, her heart stopped. It was Seymour.
"Lady Yuna, I pray you'll be more careful." He said kindly.
Yuna nodded and bowed when she was standing on her own. "Yes."
Seymour looked to Squall, "I hope you'll take care of her until I can protect her myself. That is, if she accepts."
Giving a courtesy smile, Yuna hoped Squall wouldn't ask.

"Accept what?" He asked frowning not likeing where this is going as he stood up rubbing his head.

Before Yuna could do anything, Seymour gave a smirk to Squall.
"My proposal."
