Wakka sat on the beach, the waves rolling in. He had a blitzball in his hand and started spinning it on his finger. Truth is that he was bored, He wanted to get better for the tournament, but he was alone. He sighed and started walking back to the village, but stopped when he saw Tidus coming toward him. "Hey brudda wanna play some blitz?" he asked.

Tidus smiled.
"Sure.Im game.My name is Tidus."

"Names Wakka, I'm the captain of the Beside Aurochs. Here comes the rest of the guys, come on I'll introduce you to the team." Wakka told Tidus as he walked toward them.

"Alright.I was looking forward to joining anyway."
Tidus followed Wakka.

"Hey guys, this is Tidus, He is going to be playing with us for a while, make him feel welcome." Wakka stepped back and let Tidus mingle.

"Um Hi.I know a pretty good blitz move.If anyone would like to see it."

"Go ahead show us brudda." Wakka answered.

"Alright.Since We're not in a Blitz stadium,this will have to do."

Tidus picked up a Blitzball and trew it into the air.
He let it come back down.
Then he headbutted it It flew high into the air
to where it couldnt even be seen.
Tidus leaped into the air to where the blitzball was.
He backflipped to buildmore momentum.
Then he kicked powerfully and it was sent flying.
Tidus landed on the ground.

"Not bad huh?Its called the Jecht shot.
Back when I lived in Zanarkand,
It helped me win many championships."

The team started to crowd around Tidus asking questions like: "What the?", "How did you?", and "Is this a dream?". Wakka jumped in and rescued Tidus telling the team to calm down. "We haven't seen anything like that in a while, we might have a chance of winning this year." Wakka said, as he moved to retrieve the ball.

"Well,Id like to join your team.since I have alot of time on my hands these days.
Ill help bring us in a win.But its still a team effort.You cant win by yourself."

"You got that right brudda, we wouldn't have gotten as far last year without teamwork. We actually had a chance, but I decided to forfeit because the team wasn't up to it, confused and not focused that is."

"Yeah,I know.I used to be an MVP.
If you let me join,Ill help you bring in the win!"

Wakka grabs the ball and hands it off forcefully to Tidus "Lets go MVP." He says and walks back toward the group.

"Ok."

Wakka led Tidus back to the group. "What is the goal of the tournament guys?" he asked. "To give our best effort" Someone replied. "No, this year we have new goal, victory!" He answered. "Victory?" said the team in unison. Then the doubted word became an excited rally chant "Victory, victory, victory, victory, victory."
